LEVEL I REGISTRATION 2025 NOW OPEN
The registration period ceases 7 days prior to the course commencement at 5pm PST, or until the class is sold out. Early Bird fees are offered up to 60 days prior to the course commencement, with the regular fee being applied after this period.
Doors open at 8am, with registration beginning at 8:30am. Courses start at 9am sharp. All courses finish at approximately 4:30pm daily.
All courses require a minimum attendance level. Course confirmations via email will be sent out via email 30 days prior to the course commencement. In the rare event of a course cancellation, all registrants will be offered i) the closest alternative location at no cost and a 25% credit towards their next course, or ii) a full refund of their course fee.
If you are unable to attend your selected course, an administration fee of $100 is applied to change the date or location of the course. Within 60 days of the course, a 50% refund is available. Within 30 days of the course, no refunds are available. Registrants can nominate an alternative physiotherapist to take their place in the course should they be unable to attend.
A detailed course manual is available to all registrants as an optional purchase at the time of registration. Manuals are spiral bound and include full topic summaries, course references, slide followers with note sections and practical / case study sections.
All registrants are required to sign in at the start of each day. Please arrive well ahead of time, with doors open from 8am. A contact number will be provided prior to the course should you have any difficulty in accessing the clinic after course commencement should you arrive late due to extenuating circumstances.
All registrants agree to a professional code of conduct during the course and practical sessions. In the unlikely event of continued disruptive or unprofessional behaviour by any registrant, the course instructor / clinic reserves the right to exclude that individual from further course participation without compensation or refund.
Continuous recording or filming of lectures is not permitted. Brief photography for key slide notes is permitted, provided it is not disruptive to other registrants. An expectation of privacy during practical sessions requires consent from any other registrant / the instructor to photograph or film practical components.
All registrants are expected to participate in practical sessions. Please wear appropriate attire to allow visualization and examination of the shoulder girdle including scapula motion.

Your instructor will send an introductory email approximately 5 days before the course commencement, with additional contact information for the weekend and any relevant location instructions on the day.
CASP examination in the Level 4 MTS™ course is not mandatory, however certification, clinic certificate and access to the Level 5 course - THE SPINE, requireS an examination pass set at 60%.
Registrants requiring a retest can apply to retake the exam during the Sunday component of any Level 4 course. The fee for re-examination is $100.
Registrants will be notified within one month of the exam and on successful completion will receive a clinic certificate via mail and receive an invitation to Level 5.
